If I leave $100 in the bank, to collect interest, for 1 billion years I will end up with $122.49 at today’s interest rate.

I see the problem. If you take it out, the government takes most of your interest earnings by taxing it. So yes, you may as well leave it alone for 1 billion years and hopefully taxes will be less by then.

If we’re still around by the time the earth is threatened with becoming “uninhabitable” we will have Dyson sphered the solar system and replaced sol with a new one with a full fuel load...

We will probably be cited for disposing of the star husk improperly if we’re not careful though, you’ll probably be required to recycle them.

We’re only 93 million miles from the Sun. When it swells to more than a hundred or more times in size then it is we’ll be swallowed up.

The period from 1900 to 2000 is amazing too. I had just dug up my old (!) "Ted Scott Flying Stories" books, a couple nights ago. Published in (beginning) 1927-28, they were pretty well "dated" when I was a boy: Wondering if my daughter could "connect" with them, I reread the first one, myself. Hmm...

There are two kinds of answers to this question. Answers based on the truth of the bible and answers not based on the truth of the bible.
