I would guess that close to 90% of alleged “hate crime” cases of arson or vandalism are hoaxes and frauds such as this one.
Who owns the church? How much fire insurance do they have? How old is the deacon in charge of the accounting and does he really just sign off on whatever the pastor says? How long has this guy been attending? Maybe he had a grudge but I won’t be surprised if this turns out to be a planned arson.
Stories like this illustrate why minority race agitators milk rare genuine instances of racially motivated attacks on blacks or other “minorities” by whites for everything that they’re worth. Since the vast majority of alleged “hate crimes” are hoaxes and because the overwhelming majority of interracial crimes have white victims and black perps, it’s imperative for race agitators to use freakish events like Byrd’s dragging death or Dylan Roof’s rampage to shore up the myth that such events are representative of American society as a whole.

I can just see those pajama boys and grrrls struggling to come up with a headline that states the obvious without actually using plain English.
They’d rather die than be perceived as politically incorrect.
