Since some states hand out drivers license to non citizens AND illegals - the headline is correct.
Clearly the issuance of a legal and proper voter ID is not an insurmountable task.
I had a DL before I became an American citizen...
It looked just the same as any other...
However the first time I voted after I became an American citizen (1980) we were required to show our voter’s card...
I heard that in California you get automatically registered to vote when you get a drivers license unless you opt out. Then they also allow Illegals to get drivers licenses. It doesn’t take a genius to figure this one out. I hope trump can bring this all to light before 2020. We can use the safe and honest elections meme against them in a big way.
The DL’s I’ve been able to source clearly state Drivers License but are also clearly labeled *********INTERIM*******
Unknown if that’s in every state. They are also allegedly good for one year.
That’s all I know, aside from the fact that every state has its own rules for voting (ours has no voter card).
I had the DL in Oregon and I voted for the 1st time in South Carolina...
Ive been in Tennessee more than 30 years and we used to have voter cards here...I don’t know if they hand them out anymore...
Nowdays we show our DL and they look us up in their computer...
BTW the only time other than to get my 1st American passport that I ever had to show my Nationalization document was when I applied for social security as a senior citizen...after working for more than 40 years...
I had to prove I was an American citizen...
but don’t be fooled...illegal aliens get SS...
