About an once of C-4 and an electronic fuse would do the job. The drone already has communication equipment. IOW, not much.
The goal of my suggestion is not to make it a munition, but rather to make sure all critical and/or sensitive hardware, software, and/or other components are automatically destroyed if the drone falls into someone else’s hands.
