Eel nigiri is one of my favorites. We have been to Tokyo One in Addison TX at least 20 times for the all-you-can-eat buffet in the 25 years I have lived in the Dallas area. The eel nigiri there is very popular. I highly recommend this restaurant for seafood lovers.

I defer...
I knew a guy that looked into the harvesting end, but a sampling of the urchins didn't produce the quality and/or type that the Japanese market was demanding.
I guess he stuck with the traditional commercial fishing seasonalities.

I could eat Japanese food every day. For a while I did some cooking from a Japanese cookbook I bought.
I would be as big as a house if I ate ALL I wanted. I also buy some miso soup, which I also love. What a treat.
