I’ve just had a brilliant idea for Hollywood celebrities and other leftist nincompoops dreading the coming presidency of Trump. Virtue-signalling celebs, it’s time to pack your bags for sunny Cuba! A wide variety of entertainers (I use the term loosely) and other left-leaning Americans announced during the run-up to the election that they would leave the country if Donald Trump won the presidency.

I understand the gibe, but I would contend that they are all entertaining, regardless of actual talent levels. A very few actually have some noteworthy talent, the rest are fairly evenly distributed along a continuum from modest to virtually non-existent talent. They got where they are on luck and looks. Mostly luck.

My contention is that they are all, collectively, entertaining as they run around like pretty little court jesters engaged in a never ending stream of meaningless, self aggrandizing efforts. The spectacle is entertaining. The fact that they don't realize we're laughing at them, not with them, is entertaining.
