Google celebrates the 184th birthday of Louisa May Alcott with Doodle

Google is celebrating what would be Little Women author Louisa May Alcott's 184th birthday with a new doodle.

Released Tuesday, the doodle, created by artist Sophie Diao, portrays the book's characters Beth, Jo, Amy, and Meg March, as well as Jo's best friend Laurie.

I wish the Brits would take a crack at producing a mini-series period drama of “Little Women”. The two American version are crappy. The Japanese made anime versions.

Which two are you referring to? The 1933, 1949 or 1994 version?

And the Brits did do a min series back in the 1970s
