At least 1 killed in shooting at Coral Square Mall in Florida

One person was killed and another was wounded in a Saturday morning shooting at a Florida mall, officials said.

Coral Square Mall in Coral Springs was put on lockdown after the shooting, Local 10 News reported.

The condition of the injured victim is unknown. It's not clear what lead up to the shooting.

A friend of hours was just there and told us about this minutes ago. Apparently the shootings were in about the past hour. Motive still not known. Terrorism? Thugs? We should find out later.

I’ve been to this mall many times. It is the closest major shopping mall to us.

Police confirmed two people were shot and one died, but did not release any other details. They have said no suspects are being sought at this time.

Good thing I didn’t have any $10 Kohl’s coupons or I might have been there. They used to have $10 sticky Kohl’s coupons on the front of the newspapers and I would take them there to apply to their $10 items, mostly T-shirts to get them FREE. I ended up with lots of freebie T-shirts that way.

Trolley Square Mall Salt Lake City. That was a mall I use to visit often. It was a mad Muzzie. Of course authorities were "baffled" as to the motive.
