Last year, our family turned it off when the “Kinky Boots” tripe was promoted as the greatest show ever.
FWIW Kinky Boots is a very good movie about a man who is trying not to loose his fathers shoe company after the father died unexpectedly.
Sure it has a man in it who dresses up as a woman and sings - but it’s much larger than that. He’s trying not to fire all of his employees.
I would think the play would be just bloody awful.
