The main problem with prosecuting Hillary

Posted on 11/23/2016 10:27:52 PM PST by ganeemead

The main problem with prosecuting the Hildabeast...

The problem with prosecuting Hilda would be keeping the jury awake for the four or five hours it would take for the DA to read off the list of crimes she's guilty of. This is similar to the big joke you see in Sergio Leone's classic Western "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly" in which the sheriff begins reading off the list of crimes Tuco (Eli Wallach) is wanted for. At that point Eastwood walks into a saloon and begins questioning people about something or other and takes his time at it and when he walks back onto the street, the sheriff is still reading off the list of crimes...

Only in the case of the Hildabeast, it's no joke, it's real.

I think it was angel eyes who walked into the bar, after getting some info from shorty. Blonde was in the barn waiting to shoot the rope.

Take the strongest case against her an put her into prison. Her health will take care of the rest.

Keep the threat of prosecution on the table so Mrs. Bill Clinton’s stress level remains elevated. Stress is a killer.

no one tried to stop charges from being filed against Sarah Palin... 26 law suits she had to defend herself from

if Hilary broke the law ... she should face the charges

if not... then don’t expect the rest of us to be held to the same set of laws

Actually the best thing Trump can do is just step away from the issue altogether. It really isn’t his responsibility. Just let the AG know you expect him to do his job honestly and if he feels a special prosecutor is warranted; find one.

Trump’s job is far too big to be concerned with petty nonsense like the clinton’s crime family syndicate of organized crime at this point. Yes, it made for a good election issue, but now that he has the big job; let others do that kind of light lifting.

Actually, if the AG comes to him with a recommendation for prosecution he should strongly urge the AG to call for a special prosecutor. Prosecution by Trump's AG looks every bit as political as the Lynch/Comey non-prosecution did. By calling for a special prosecutor he gets as far removed from it as possible.

I pretty much agree. The best thing Trump can do is
to show up the media and his other adversaries by
doing the things that turn the economy around. That
won’t make friends out of media turds but it will
cause both believers and non believers across the
land to respond to the lies with a collective “YAH,BUT!...”

It would be cool to get enough dirt on Obama to cause
the X prez to STFU.

There are several investigations still going on with the F.B.I. concerning der Hildebeast’s pay-for-play operations as it concerns the Clinton Foundation. The F.B.I. will be under a 180 degree change under the Trump Administration. They will have free reign to bring their evidence to a new Attorney General who will not oppose what they bring. The evidence they have uncovered will be overwhelming and complete. A new Attorney General under Trump will present an indictment that will have all the evidence needed to proceed to trial. All President Trump needs to do is let the process work as it was intended before Obama the obstructionist compromised the system.

It is necessary to cauterize this open sore on the American body politic. It won’t end corruption by politicians, but it will make them more wary. The Clinton scourge needs to be done away with publicly, savagely if possible, but permanently.
