here’s how he deals with the Paris agreement. Hw waits a couple of months after the swearing in and then announces that legal council has examined the Agreement and has issued an opinion that it is in fat a treaty and must therefore go to the Senate for ratification. Of course it doesn’t get the requisite 60 votes so Trump can then say we are withdrawing. He gets some cover from the Senate and we get out of a POS agreement.

The interview is in public space now. Go watch.

She said what she said.

The investigations are over.

Giuliani said as much too in his interview. Is he misquoted?

http://www.breitbart.com/video/2016/11/22/giuliani-on-trump-not-pursuing-clinton-investigations-he-made-the-choice-to-unite-the-nation/

“I think the president-elect had a tough choice there. He made the choice to unite the nation. I think all those people who did vote against him maybe can take another look at him.”

Regarding what is reasonable, if the feds want to regulate the environment for any US soil that they do not own then they can buy the land in compliance with the Constitution’s Clause 17 of Section 8 of Article I, that clause giving the states the power not to sell the land, or buy the land under 5th Amendment’s Eminent Domain Clause.

Thomas Jefferson had also indicated another reasonable way for the feds to regulate the environment.

"In every event, I would rather construe so narrowly as to oblige the nation to amend, and thus declare what powers they would agree to yield, than too broadly, and indeed, so broadly as to enable the executive and the Senate to do things which the Constitution forbids." --Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1793.

Otherwise, note that a previous generation of state sovereignty-respecting justices had warned against interpolations of the Constitution.

“3. The Constitution was written to be understood by the voters; its words and phrases were used in their normal and ordinary as distinguished from technical meaning; where the intention is clear, there is no room for construction and no excuse for interpolation or addition.” —United States v. Sprague, 1931.

I’ll wait until after next January and see. At the moment I would not want the next admin to be causing the current, and unstable admin, to either start passing out pardons or doing other irrational things. If Trump is going to disappoint, I am not going to anticipate it way before its time.

You’re a strict constructionist. You’re not being realistic.

Just remember. A bunch of us heard the same rhetoric from Bush 2 and the ‘toons skated then too. The toons old MIRV tech to the chicoms for campaign contributions. But ‘we’ had to ‘move one’ because W was ‘president of the whole country, not just the right wing’.

It’s like dejavu.

Makes you wonder just what information the toons have on everybody within 100m of DC. Because they’re certainly teflon.

"You’re a strict constructionist. You’re not being realistic."

You seem to be overlooking that the states have always had the 10th Amendment-protected state power to do all the things that misguided, low-information citizens are now wrongly expecting the constitutionally humbled feds to do for them.

"Our citizens have wisely formed themselves into one nation as to others and several States as among themselves. To the united nation belong our external and mutual relations; to each State, severally, the care of our persons, our property, our reputation and religious freedom [emphasis added]." --Thomas Jefferson: To Rhode Island Assembly, 1801.

The problem is that patriots must first work with Trump to put a stop to unconstitutional federal taxes. After such taxes are stopped then the states will probably find a tsunami of new revenues that they could use for schools and many other things.

I think Trump is mocking the global warming hucksters. They certainly don’t have an open mind. Any person with a real scientific mind always has it open to new data and ideas.

Imho, Trump’s IQ is above 150 and obama’s IQ is 105 at best.

The press is doing everything and I mean everything to taint Donald Trump even before he is sworn in. They take every word he says or tweets and twist it all around. They want him to lose his awesome support and certainly don’t want him to gain support either.

They are at war with him

Everything they say, print, or publish is a lie to distort Trump

Lets see what Trump’s actions are, I don’t need the NYT to tell me its raining outside, I can open the window and check my self

"It’s not helping to talk about this now."

I think that Trump is the best shot that patriots have had in a long time to lead the states to amend the long-neglected Constitution. Repeal the 16th and ill-conceived 17th Amendment for starters.

So patriots need to get Trump’s attention on getting corrupt Congress to surrender state powers that it has stolen from the states ASAP imo.
