oops sorry , thought you were referring to the “Hamilton” thread. I see it as a tiny beginning of an antidote to the decades of brainwashing left to deal with — which is why I am not no board with outright attacking the production.
Makes getting out of bed in the morning much easier. I refuse to call him President-elect. He’s President Trump right now as far as I’m concerned. Pray for him and his safety every night and that those who besmirch his presidency will soon see how God blessed this country by his winning. It was too close as far as vote count......maybe in 4 years that will change.
oh, that will be my next binge!!!! Hadn’t thought of the accessibility of YouTube to watch the schadenfreude. We worked the whole day at the polls (17+ hours) so exhausted when we got home. Turned on one channel and woke up in a real hurry. Don’t have tv or cable, just online, so not a lot of choices.

I went through a couple of supermarket check-out stands yesterday here in Maine, and I couldn’t help but see People magazine with a full-page cover photo of Donald Trump and the big white letters on the cover, President Trump.
How SWEET it is! Poor lefty’s are missing all the fun!
It does, but my celebration is in three stages: 1. Day after victory 2. Day after electoral college votes 3. Day after inauguration day.

At the risk of running afoul of the mods, let me say that I have had a schadenboner* since the AM of the 9th and it just gets, uh, more pronounced every time I see liberal tears or read liberals calling all Trump voters racists/sexists/homophobes.

I have never referred to the usurper by any title more dignified than “the former junior US Senator from Illinois”. I use the phrase “President Trump” all the time. Thank God!
It’s like a dream. Two years ago I never would have believed that he was the president we’ve been waiting for since Reagan. I never cared much for him until I learned of his policies and Cruz shifted toward the Bushes.

This past Wednesday we visited the National Constitution Center at Constitution Mall in Philadelphia. It’s a great experience. Especially Signers’ Hall. What a pleasant surprise in the gift shop to find Pres. Donald Trump items already on display.

I have been going through an enormous period of crises for six months. Fearing for my country increased my anxiety to levels that threatened my health.
Now I have hope for my nation and its people. I still have the personal challenges, but I am much more able to deal with them - and, yes, I am enjoying the victory immensely.
