THIS is why you never stop fighting! Never give up, even in the bluest of states! (Vanity)

Posted on 11/12/2016 9:06:12 AM PST by Red in Blue PA

I hear frequently that we should let California secede, drop off into the ocean or write off blue states and focus on red states. People in blue states often talk of moving to red states, even I am guilty of this. However, this is not the way to fight a political battle and this election shows us why.

We are still early in this Trump Presidency but from some of the announcements coming out this week with his choices and the direction he wants to move this country, Donald Trump may have the potential to be the greatest Conservative President ever. If this comes to fruition, then it would be quite ironic that our two greatest Presidents would both have come from very blue states, CA and NY.

There is a temptation to write off blue states but we do this at our own peril, as the people living in the bluest states appreciate Conservative concepts the most. Writing off these states would be a mistake. Just food for thought after this great election, possibly the greatest ever.

As Al Swearagen said in Deadwood: "The world ends when you're dead. Until then, you got more punishment in store. Stand it like a man.... and give some back."

Long live the Republic and long live Donald Trump!

I’d love to live long enough to see NYS go red. But since I probably only have 30 or so years left, that’s pretty much a pipe dream.

I plan on staying and continuing to fight in California. If it’s good enough for the founder of this site, it’s good enough for me.

As a Wisconsin resident, I am stunned my state turned red.
I yelled so loud when they announced it, I scared the dog.

“People in blue states often talk of moving to red states, even I am guilty of this”

Nope. I moved to a red state from blue, CT to PA in fact. Best decision I ever made.

It’s not about the vote, it’s about the kind of people who would vote like that.

Did you see the CT senate? After this election, it’s 30/30.

Things move slowly, but they do eventually move.

Len Suzio won his old CT State Senate seat back. I credit Trump for bringing out the right kind of voters in post-industrial Meriden and Middletown.

Sen. Suzio is an outstanding man and will be a leader in the new Senate (whether in formal leadership or not), mark my words.

NY, CA will take minimally 1 to 1.5 generations. Especially CA, it is completely gone.

I live in Port Washington, and as for myself, I was expecting it to happen eventually. When we were forced to endure that two-year tantrum and the Walker recall election, I knew that regular folks had had just about enough of the infantile antagonizing from the left. I like to think that our victory last Tuesday is a sign that the rest of the country is about finished with this mob as well.

Already is. Mr. Donald J. Trump knocked out the Bush dynasty, the Clinton dynasty and the media/propagandist dynasty in one election cycle and he is not even sworn in yet.

HOORAY Americans. HOORAY Donald J. Trump. Thanks to y'all.

Like non citizen voter fraud, the by far biggest source of voter fraud, yet the least talked about. Trump and Congress can and should fix this at the Federal level by requiring state elections offices to immediately remove ALL non citizens from their voting rolls and keep them off by requiring proof of citizenship requirements for all voter registrations nationwide.

Hillary only “won” the popular vote due to massive non citizen fraud in California, New York and elsewhere!! Trump won the popular vote cast by US Citizens!!

Especially with the push to abolish the electoral college and go with the popular vote, our voter registration requirements need to be strengthened considerably!

Let’s concentrate on getting Virginia back first.

I’m somewhat prejudiced here, having lived in the Old Dominion for about 15 years.

But with the impending shrinkage of the federal bureaucracy and the flight of foreign scum back to their Third World cesspits, Virginia should once again make us all proud.

The close race in Minnesota was a pleasant surprise and it could be the next state in the Blue Wall to flip.

Remember this — whenever it’s close, it’s because the RATS are cheating.

I know what you mean. I voted for Donald Trump, early in the morning on November 8, in the bluest of the states, Communist Massachusetts. I was sure Trump would lose and expressed my frustration to the other people in line who I was sure were voting for Hillary.

At least I was pleasantly surprised.

The biggest hurdle for states such as CA and NY in terms of overcoming their ‘blue’ status is that they have LOTS of other people’s money to utilize enacting progressive policies. CA as the world’s sixth or eighth largest economy, depending on whose ranking one chooses, has a quantity of resources at it’s disposal. Combine that with the importation of government benefits slaves or whores, take your pick, and you have a fairly entrenched progressive haven.......

Even here in IL, we managed to break the Democrat supermajority in the state House that has been crippling.

The key to this revolution is to have Trump’s back when he is attacked (as he will be non-stop by the media and the liberals, redundant, I know), and keep on fighting every step of the way. Have the mentality of crushing liberals and progressives. Remember the 8 years of being demoralized under Obama? Let’s inflict this same demoralization on liberals.

EXACTLY. If we can get Michigan (my home), Wisconsin (WOW) and Pennsylvania (surprise) back, Virginia should be close at hand.

WOOOOHOOOO Donald J. Trump. Lots of work to do, Americans. Never, ever stop fighting! NEVER.

Want to see NY and CA go red - which means destroying liberalism?

end the nanny state - which means reforming our fiat, unbacked currency and ending the Federal Reserve. Centralized, political control of money is the foundation of all leftist political and social-engineering schemes.
