Paul Begala (now CNN) says "good". This 2008 but a real example of using polls as a tool, just sample the "right" people.

I think in this regard theybare just trying to get an oversized sample of seniors in a poll so they can get a valid shot of where they are woth seniors overall.

I always hear the MSM saying the dems/Hillary always have a superior ground game to that of reps/Trump.

Guess they are right...digging 6 feet for votes is a lot of ground.
