The deranged can be very clever and obsessive but you could very well be right and I could be totally wrong. I think he should be examined for mental problems by the court at least to find out.

See if you can find the video. Guy was inept but had a plan, a disguise to look like a construction worker, set up his sawhorses to look perfectly legit. Don’t usually find that organized effort over time in crazies who get derailed quickly from one moment to the next. Guy was cool and totally in control, no ranting or showing any of the usual signs of street crazy schizophrenia.

But judge for yourself.
