Google leans left. Surprise! (Vanity)

Okay, I know it sounds like a conspiracy theory, but when in type in the words not for liberals (not in quotes), Google suggest "Why not vote for liberals". Bing does not.

Just saying

That should be a well known fact by now. Go to news.google.com and see how they rig the news to show you.

I have stopped using Google and use Bing as it is a better search engine. I have noticed the lack of search results for conservative news on Google and have switched over.

The other difference is that Bing is more accurate and I can get to useful results more quickly. Google just seems to deal with plausible results whereas Bing gives accurate results on the first page.

Google has become useless.

I guess it’s the name, “Google” that’s caught on as the go to search engine of choice...but I don’t see that it works any better than other search engines.

I use “Duck Duck Go” and find that it works just as fast, is just as through, and all without tracking, and ads.

We’ve let the phrase, “google it” replace the function of searching. The goofy name has entered the physche of the millenials and most of them use it.

But, Google is leftist, privacy endangering, and no better than other search engines. Before Google, I used Excite for searching, but their main page became cluttered wi ads, news stories, and other computer slowing things, and, I was still on “dial-up” at the time. Google offered me a speedier way to search, even though I had no idea what it was doing in the background, or, their ideology bent.

But, now I’m sticking with the “Duck”...at least until it starts abusing it’s power.

I’m in Canada and the first article to come up is:

“100 + reasons the BC Liberals must go. – Laila Yuile on people, politics ...”

the second article that comes up is: “No Liberals.ca”

Only on the third listing does something ‘liberal’ come up: “British Columbia Liberal Party - Wikipedia”

(Though I am in Alberta, the regional office for my Wi-Fi provider is based in Vancouver, so everything on the search reflects BC.)

I use Bing too, but I always like to see just how slanted even Google algorithms are.

Only when you put the same words in quotes do you get my website listed in the top 5. Bing, #1.

I became aware of Google search turning left about a year ago. The founders were always outspoken liberals who visited Obama often, but just last week it was all over the news that CEO Eric Schmidt is now personally advising the Clinton election team. Its just more liberal media bias, inescapable.

The only they can’t control is our minds and votes.

How I first figured it out is funny. I am NOT racist, but I was musing one day about how native Africans were depicted in the old Tarzan movies, so I googled it. Guess what, not a single picture of them wearing bones and animal hides could found. Erased history, just like in our schools.

Back in 1990/2000 we conservatives figured we owned the internet. We had Drudge, we had Free Republic, we had other venues that delivered the true news that the media conspired to hide. What did they have, the Daily KOS (which I theorize was supposed to be a stylized spelling of Chaos but when they became mainstream they pretended otherwise to hide their real purpose). It looked like the internet would be the great equalizer.

Then the left decided to take it over. Good lord, have they ever. We still have Drudge, we still have FR, we have other sites but the BIG ones other than Drudge (twitter, facebook, google, yahoo, etc) are all openly lefty now. Other than talk radio, the leftists manage to infiltrate and take over every institution and pervert into a propaganda organ. Sickening.

Not certain of the concern. If you search on “why not vote for liberals”, the links at the top regard reasons why you should not vote liberal. I agree they lean left, but this is not an example.
