Need a link. I could not find one. Ryan needs to step down.

Federal officeholders -- senators and congressmen -- cannot be recalled. This has been litigated both in federal court (Idaho, 1967) and state court (New Jersey, 2013).
Ryan is up for reelection in a few weeks. Vote against him if you wish.

We know that. This is a way for people not in his district to express displeasure with his cowardice.

All that needs to be done is to have voters in his district vote for Trump but refrain from voting for him. It looks like he has a relatively split district so let the Democrat opponent win that seat and Ryan is “retired.” The House will not change hands if Ryan is defeated. It would be well worth the seat to have Mr. Ryan unemployed.

I would think that needs to be started at the state level, not at that site. They cannot call for a recall election in a state run election.

(On the issue of SCOTUS alone, Trump has to win in November.)

His time is almost up. And who’s gonna take his place? No one wanted the job, remember?

There is no recall for a U.S. representative or a Speaker.

2016 Republican Primary -
Paul Ryan - 57,364 votes - 84%
Paul Nehlen - 10,6864 votes - 15.9%
The democrat got 14K votes. Like it or not, Ryan is not going anywhere.
