Captured in this video, the great white moose, the most majestic creature you’ve ever seen. We’ve seen our fair share of odd-colored animals, including a blue lobster and blue lingcod, but this all white, albino moose might take the cake. Check it out . . . even the velvet on the growing antlers is snow white!
This majestic looking moose is basically equivalent to an Alaskan unicorn, and the fact that human population is so small in Alaska, makes this footage even more rare.
This is a good reason why you should always have a camera on hand anytime you’re outdoors. You just never know what you might come across, and it would be so upsetting to not be able to get something like this on camera.

Moose meat makes some great sausage and the hide is really tough if tanned properly.

That is excellent advice. I can think of at least 3 occasions on which I could kick myself for not having a camera to record some amazing nature scenes. One of those was a fall migration incident involving hundreds of monarch butterflies.
