I would take a bullet for my dog...

In my nearly 18 years at FR, I've seen pretty of fundraising before, and not just for FR.
The people in Montreal can't deal with them, but the dogs, by law, will all be put down on Monday.

Pit bulls aren't evil dogs. They're trained to be evil dogs. Those owners are the ones who should be put down.
But fear not, many of them will be put down.
First of all, Thank You. That's probably the first reasonable question I've gotten in this thread. Second, I don't know. Narisa has done the research on this and is making this a mission of hers, so I have believe that she can. Yes, I will feel awful for her, and the dogs, if she is incorrect about this.

No. I believe that pit bull has already been put down, or will be. It cannot be saved.
However, pit bulls currently in shelters, including puppies, will be put down.
And I am sorry to hear about the attack on your dog.
I have friends (and friends of friends) who have raised pit bulls without a problem because they were well cared for.
But Montreal is one city in one provence in a large country.
Even towns and farms around Montreal could take these pets in.

Animals aren’t evil. Nobody is saying that any animal is evil. Pit bulls are dangerous. Period. They are unpredictable. They latch on and they CAN’T let go, once they latch on. Good luck getting your pit off your child’s throat once that pit decides your child is a “problem”.

Sure I can. But since you asked, let me explain. I am sick & tired of the “save the dogs” crap. I’m sick of the emergency calls to “we must keep these dogs alive at all costs” bullshite. I’m sick reading about “furever homes” & the worst, “Our dog crossed the rainbow bridge today. Services will be at 11am tomorrow.” People spend billions on ANIMALS while babies are slaughtered in the womb. Shows how upside down society has become dealing with reality.
I own 3 cats & a very good dog. I LIKE them. They are property. Not sentient beings. I will mock those who treat them as if they are sentient. Have a nice day. :)
