"Band of Gold" is included in The Flying Saucer by Buchanan and Goodman, from 1956.

That is conservative for Don. First time in my youth I recall crazy suits was old baseball guy Lindsey Nelson but maybe someone older than I can recall someone earlier. Here is one that shows Don likes flowers. Only he can get away with something like this.
