I somewhat proudly claimed here a while back that my bulldog has two pairs of outsized testicles.
Upon further visual examination, I believe one “pair” is in fact an outsized prostate gland.

Well that would be the conventional wisdom. Statistics show that the Democrat vote count always increases in precincts where there has been an unusually high number of suicides. I've seen numbers as high as 123% of the registered voters.
So suicide seems to favor the Democrats. But, alas, I am a Goldwater Republican so my suicide has not provided any benefit to society that I have been able to detect. Except perhaps my cute, nonsensical FR posts.

“Partly to mostly cloudy” means at first it will be only partly cloudy (some clear sky) and then later it will be mostly (predominantly) cloudy. That is a fairly common forecast.
C’mon people, words have meaning. It’s not that hard. Look up the weather forecasting vocabulary terms if you need help.

In that case, you'd better recheck your original post:
The "M. Cloudy" is for the daytime, meaning it will be a mostly cloudy day. And the "P. Cloudy" is for the night, meaning there may be some stars out here and there.
Clearly, the screen capture I sent you has a Monday daytime forecast, and a Monday nighttime forecast. The daytime forecast, contrary to your original post, uses both partly and mostly cloudy for the daytime forecast.
Apparently, it is pretty difficult, or you would at least be able to keep up with your own posts...

You are talking about two different forecast graphics. The first one is for day/night, and the second one indicated that clouds would be increasing throughout the day.
It’s not that hard.
