FULL TITLE: Former East Longmeadow High School athlete charged with sexually assaulting unconscious classmates sentenced to probation

PALMER — A former East Longmeadow High School star athlete who was charged with sexually assaulting two unconscious classmates received two years probation in a decision out of Palmer District Court last week.

"He can now look forward to a productive life without being burdened with the stigma of having to register as a sex offender," said attorney Thomas Rooke, who defended David Becker, 18, in court. "The goal of this sentence was not to impede this individual from graduating high school and to go onto the next step of his life, which is a college experience."

Having gotten away with a double rape in high school, one can expect bad things from him in college. It is also clear that college women should refuse alcoholic beverages at social functions because you cannot trust those who prey on drunken women. This would go a long way to eliminate rapes at colleges.

I understand from my reading that having sex upon the bodies of unconscious women is a pretty accepted part of the college experience.

This would go a long way to eliminate rapes at colleges.

And in high school, and in the lives of non-students of any age. Any woman is much less likely to be raped if she doesn't get drunk, high, or otherwise impaired around men, especially men who are also drunk, high, etc.

Reading the story at the link there was no “rape” ...”he allegedly penetrating the two victims with his finger while they were unconscious, according to court documents.”

“When Ingalls reached out to them, the victims told him they had been drinking at the Allen Street home of a classmate whose father was out of town. The party broke up at about 11:30 p.m., when their friend’s 22-year-old sister arrived home and told the teenage revelers to leave.

Becker, the victims and another friend stayed at the house and helped clean. After they finished, one of the victims said, both girls went into an upstairs bedroom -one requiring assistance walking up the stairs-, and Becker later came in to talk, before they all fell asleep in the same bed.”

This is what happens when two wanton drunk young women try to take you upstairs.
The women had fun. They all slept together. A busy buddy blabbed. The women were embarrassed. Police involved. Parents are furious. The women don’t have the character to say it was consensual.
The guy will be all right. He’s scared straight.

I have little doubt. He's learned what he can get away with and will undoubtedly polish his techniques for even greater gratification.

It really doesnt seem like govt schools, or courts, or agencies, can really get anything right when it comes to sex, and kids, and sexual,relationships.

Perhaps we need to throw out the entire existing bunch of superiorist educated morons.
