Canadian stuntman and sword swallower Ryan Stock has been impressing the judges all season by sticking items in his nose, putting a blow torch out on his tongue and holding a chainsaw in his mouth.

During Tuesday night's live trick, Stock swallowed a long rod with a small target on the end and bent forward for his fiancée, AmberLynn Walker, to take aim. Using a crossbow and a flaming arrow, Walker fired a bolt at the target and missed, striking Stock near his neck.

The mishap left judges Heidi Klum Howie Mandel, Mel B., and Simon Cowell in shock as Stock appeared to grab his neck in pain.

So the talent was to take a direct hit to the neck by a flaming arrow?

My wife and I sped through this act. I cant stand the “danger acts.” I wont watch them. I feel sorry for these performers. Time will catch up to them.

AGT is secretly hoping for “accidents” like this. Inviting several danger acts to audition, they allow a few to go to the “live” shows. AGT knows that sooner or later something will go wrong and it will be broadcast live creating enormous buzz and increasing ratings.

Apparently last night, it did. Glad I didnt watch that act.

I wonder if he was planning on running for President of the United States.

I can't stand the "danger acts"

Neither can I. The nature of the show is that in order to move on, one has to do things progressively more dangerous, having started at a pretty high level of danger to begin with. It's not a matter of "if" but "when" someone's going to get killed.

The irony is that there is a lot of really excellent talent this year. They don't need the freak show or circus carnival stuff to get great viewership.

PS: That 12 year old country singing girl who was adopted at birth? Wow.....she's gotta' have some interesting DNA.

Is it America’s Got Talent” or the Jackass show?

AMERICAS GOT TALENT, with 2 panelists from Briton, one from Germany, and one from Canada.

At least a third of the acts have foreign accents.

They are judged as much, or more, on the sad “back stories”, as they are the talent.

I DVR it, fast-forwarding through the sad stories, and commercials. Occasionally there is a good act.

I’m especially tired of danger acts, animal acts, dancers, and hip hop groups.

At least, this year, the judges don’t seem to be so intense about making the show about them.

I have to agree. It's revolting. This year they have a tranny comedian, and also and a little 12-year-old girl making snarky remarks about Trump, who supposedly beat a truly amazing Japanese acrobat/illusionist. It's fixed.
