Trump needs to run against Hillary as an insider which will mobilize the voters that have not yet voted. In 2012 10 million voters staid home which is why Romney lost. Trump can bring them back out to vote. These 10 million are how Trump will beat Hillary.
Trump can also go after Bernie Sanders voters by not coddling the banks. Morris tells the story that Bill Clinton signed off on repealing Glass-Steagall because he knew he was going to have to make a living after he was president. Since he could not be a lawyer because he lost his law license because of the Paula Jones lawsuit, he wanted to give speeches to the banks. Repealing Glass-Steagall ensured that the banks would be indebted to him and he would get big fat speaking fees.
Regarding student loans he says that Trump can force universities to contain their costs and create competition and drive costs down. And Trump needs to offer school choice in the minority neighborhood and say that the civil rights of our time is school choice for minorities and everyone.
Morris needs to start a consulting firm with Judge Napolitano. They’ll be wrong on everything but very fun to listen to. Made for MSNBC.

I think he said just that in his speech at the RNC, and if not I’ve heard him say it before. But he does need to keep repeating it and put in a position paper on his website.

Morris is 100% correct. Had Romney not screwed up and gotten those 10 million voters to vote for him, he would have won. Those 10 million voters voted for Bush and he won.
