For years people have been telling my beautiful tall dark complected step daughter that she would make a great Wonder Woman or that she should dress up as her for Halloween (she never has). Her personality is just as beautiful. My son in law is one lucky man.

According to the Wonder Woman comics I read decades ago, her bracelets and other apparel are made of a material that repels bullets. She is quite adept at deflecting all bullets fired at her.
If you watch the trailer those items you mention are not employed just the shield. And if you understand that a machine gun is not a rifle you know that the bullets are all over the place not concentrated in one spot; you can see bullets hitting the dirt but not her exposed legs and lower body. Just hilarious.
