Recently, there have been a number of articles and statements asserting that fascism is rising in Europe, and that Donald Trump is an American example of fascism. This is a misrepresentation of a very real phenomenon. The nation-state is reasserting itself as the primary vehicle of political life. Multinational institutions like the European Union and multilateral trade treaties are being challenged because they are seen by some as not being in the national interest. The charge of a rise in fascism derives from a profound misunderstanding of what fascism is. It is also an attempt to discredit the resurgence of nationalism and to defend the multinational systems that have dominated the West since World War II.

Nationalism is the core of the Enlightenment’s notion of liberal democracy. It asserts that the multinational dynasties that ruled autocratically denied basic human rights. Among these was the right to national self-determination and the right of citizens to decide what was in the national interest. The Enlightenment feared tyranny and saw the multinational empires dominating Europe as the essence of tyranny.(snip)

This is a well-argued article which cuts through a lot of the nonsense being histrionically asserted by the globalists.

You may think to yourself "duh!" but you can't say there hasn't been a tremendous muddying of the waters on this subject.

I kindly pointed out that I won’t be in any of the target groups, so I’ll be in the backyard, flipping a Trump steak on the grill, waving at the trains going by on b the way to the camps.

Boiling it down, the difference can be fairly concisely stated as the difference between a nation ruled by law which in America is the Constitution and a nation ruled by the whims and fancy of man which is fascism or totalitarianism AKA socialism.

The Constitution as the Supreme Law of the Land represents a protection of individual and political freedom against a limited government whereas fascism or socialism represents individual and political slavery under unlimited government power against individual freedom.

There's a big difference between nationalism and Patriotism.
Nationalism leads to unquestioning devotion to country and is easily turned into blindly following a man or government

American Patriotism is a devotion to an ideal. It's an allegiance on a higher plain. A patriot can say as Jefferson believed, “Resistance to Tyrants is obedience to God!” That includes tyrants wherever they are especially those in America like Hillary. A Patriot has a freedom a nationalist. Our founding father's were Patriots fighting for their God given rights, it went beyond nationalism.

The REAL problem is authoritarian globalism (represented by the NYT and Crooked Hillary and her cronies)!!!!

The globalists demonize the Orthodox Christian world (especially Serbia and Russia), which has become the greatest point of resistance to the globalist “gay”/atheist empire.

If Crooked Hillary wins, look for her to plunge us into a war with Russia, which may become a nuclear war!!!! The devastation of such a war would give the clintonites a chance to replace the white American working class population that they hate so much with hordes of Third Worlders from south of our border!!!!

In contrast, Donald Trump says, “wouldn’t it be nice if we could get along with Russia”! I much prefer his approach to that of the warmongering clintons and their globalist clique!!!!
