Pookie doesn’t draw the toons. The majority of political cartoonists are liberals and it’s a good idea to be informed about what they are saying.

Yes, he does & he posts 250/week & he has over 300 that are really anti-Trump that he has not posted in his threads...& the great majority of those are from conservatives/Republicans, anti-Democrat/liberals, etc...guess you have no idea what really is out there...
In fact, there are so many anti-Trump images out there that it occasionally makes it hard to come up with 50 per post since I don't use those. In the past, I was occasionally a week ahead in my posts...nowadays, if I'm one day ahead, that's a good thing...

You seem to be disingenuously missing the point — JimRob has asked for Trump-bashing on FR to be stopped. Conservatives have been cowed into accepting trash on their televisions by your same argument — “you don’t like it? don’t watch it.” But they pay taxes for the networks and fees for the cable, so they end up paying to support it and can happen onto it.
Likewise, FR is a user-supported community with community standards. The owner has asked for a cessation of Trump-bashing. What is so hard to understand about that? I’ve published literally thousands of links here on FR, and the fact that there are thousands more that are purely trash is not an argument for including the trash.
News flash: most artists are leftists. Surprise! That’s why they hate conservatives and make ugly cartoons about them. Do you seriously think they would treat any other GOP candidate any better?

The cartoon thread is not Trump-bashing...there are 50 images daily & Trump is involved in maybe 20% of those because he’s in the news...did you notice? & of that small amount, you must consider them all Trump bashing. Jim Robinson is aware of the cartoon thread & has been so since 2004.
Since you are afraid to see real Trump-bashing cartoons, you merely call these threads Trump bashing.
Most artists of whom you’re aware may be leftists, but I, for 12 years, have gotten 90%+ my material from conservative/Republican &/or anti-Democrat/liberal sources (this is a recording) & they are the same sources I use today. As a joke, one April Fools Day, I posted negative Republican cartoons in the thread & it was pulled...
I don’t know what your method is. But most publishers of content care about how their audience perceives what they are doing, regardless of what they say they are doing. You have two commenters on here who think you are bashing, and that bashing helps the Democrats. Afraid? No, dear — aware, after 40 years in publishing, how things look, as opposed to whatever rationale you are peddling.
As you know, I do not post the images directly here. In fact, I post them directly to 7 other websites. Yes, there are a few people here who think that bashing is involved. Yet, on the other 7 websites combined, there has been one person who commented similarly. How would you spin that...since 2100-2600 individuals view the threads on a daily basis. Since you don’t want to see some of what I’m not posting for purposes of comparison, you have no basis for the sour grapes rationale that you are peddling. You are asking for a medal for all your hard work at spreading manure about the GOP candidate in many places because your life in cartoon spreading is apparently so very difficult. Who cares about what you do elsewhere, nor is it an excuse for what you do here. You have acknowledged others’ and my negative perceptions. So that’s that. End of discussion.

At the other sites there are many Trump supporters though unlike here, the non-Trump supporters are not silenced. Yes, I have acknowledged negative perceptions of about 5 out of 2500 viewers.
