The video was embarssingly stupid, repetitive, and nasty...but I can’t see any crime in it except a crime against art.

In several European countries including Germany and England there is less free speech than in the US under our constitution. They were so horrified by the Nazi era and WWII that they have passed laws against various hate and anti religious speech. Some of these countries have state religion which gets tax money, not like our country with freedom of religion and separation of church and state.
