Your bolded stats are proof that queers are outright crazy, not just a slightly modified version of normal people. When AIDS became known and researchers tried to trace it (thinking they could track down potentially infected people), things quickly ground to a halt when they realized how little many infected queers knew about their partners. They’d be told about meeting “some guy Billy in the park”, but there was no other information about Billy (including a last name) so there was no way to warn him about 1) getting checked himself, and 2) preventing the possible spread by taking precautions.
Talk to any cop who deals with these lunatics, and you realize our government (from the foot-soldiers up through the leadership) knows more than the average person that homosexuality is STILL a mental illness; it is what is driving them to try to put them in some semblance of “normal” relationships...

Presumably there have been gays who tried to give blood in the past by lying, but let's hope that they are satisfied with their victory over the Red Cross and common sense and that very few actually try to take advantage of the change in policy...and that if they do the testing process will cause any tainted blood to be thrown out. Still, there was no reason for the change except the political pressure...and there may be some blood recipients who get infected because of the Red Cross' cave-in.
