I watched a repeat of 'Shark Tank' on CNBC the other night, and watched the "sharks" savage two guys that were pitching the "pre-measured/pre-cut/make it at home" meal concept. Nobody's going to want to bother to cook at home when you can eat out. What? $10 per person!!! There's no way!

Funny to watch in hindsight.

If they do as poorly at that as they do at reporting news fairly and objectively, their customers should be keeping hospitals busy.

I actually enjoy picking out the produce at our local farmer’s market and there are only particular butchers I use. Like to know where my food is coming from.

I get that, and cooking is a very personal thing. What they struggled to get the “sharks” to understand was the meal plans actually are less expensive in the long run (according to them), because you don’t have to buy a 2 ounce container of multiple seasonings when you just need a pinch, or a small amount of each for a recipe you want to try. The “sharks” just weren’t buying it. Now these services are all the rage.

Well heck, why not delivery ready-to-cook meals? (Have they tried MRE’s?)

The NY Times has been delivering ready-to-distribute shitte for years. This merely delivers it before the customer eats it.

LOL! Would you really eat and trust anything the NY Slimes does in a food line? I wouldn’t.
