MESA, Ariz. (AP)- An Arizona high school student is facing a felony charge after police say he exposed himself in a football team picture that ended up in the school yearbook.
Mesa police say 19-year-old Hunter Osborn was arrested after they were alerted to the picture over the weekend. A police document says the Red Mountain High School team photo shows Osborn exposing his penis through the top of his waistband.

That is not unusual. He started kindergarten a year late because of when his birthday was.

Two of mine graduate at 19. October, November birthdays and I held them out a year, then held them back a year. They both need additional time to mature. Best decision I made.

Not uncommon for a senior high school football player, especially depending on how his birthday falls. Parents will hold back a kid one year to allow for physical (not mental as in this case) maturation as a player.
I know an idiot who gave the finger in his high school football picture.
Just like a football player to want to show off his helmet.
That should be his his defense - how can it be harmful for the same thing to be exposed in one place, but not another, to the same group of supposed victims?
Actually this might be a seriously good argument against the locker room law, because laws are not allowed to be contradictory.

The guy was just demonstrating in his five minutes of fame that he had absorbed educators’ buying into the homosexual sick fixation on genitalia and “diversity” on what to do with them and when.
True, but when you're facing 64 criminal counts for a stupid high school prank as a teenager, its time to challenge the ridiculously excessive application of the law with its own contradictions. Its such defenses that often destroy entire legal excesses, such as this transgender crap, by forcing the court to declare it contradictory and therefore unconstitutional.
