Let me add to the above posts that my tactical suggestion could be implemented at any time, and could be expected to accrue positive benefits immediately. It both strengthens Trump on his policy stands, and it makes him seem very statesmanlike at the same time.
Bump to my last suggestion.
The art of politics is the art of tripping levers of credibility in the minds of those addressed. Opportunities to do so are very important. Seizing them is essential.
[Reasonable responses?]
You can never expect reasonable responses from anyone or anything with FOX in their name.
That man isn't fit to polish my father's shoes.
The reason, of course, for a fatherly tone in addressing the misunderstood aspects of our contemporary economy is that educating the public on what Academia and the Mass Media choose to ignore, is a fatherly task. I do not know your father, but I strongly suspect that Donald Trump would be better at that educational process than your dad. But to be fair to you, that is only my suspicion. Perhaps if your dad was Adam Smith, I would have to rethink that.

You don't know my father. I do.
My dad had Trump beat when he got back from Korea, and that was just the beginning.
That is my opinion, and you don't have any basis for judgement of that, so your opinion doesn't mean shit, especially not to me.
Trump is the real deal. The fact that you honor your father is hardly an argument to the contrary.
By the way, in Ohio we worship God, not man!
More relevant than ever!
This technique, discussed in the article, is particularly suited to exploit the discomfiture among the Democrats, this year, who are wrestling to explain away the effects of their policies on middle-class American communities. It answers the real questions that Hillary & Sanders have been dancing around.

I think you have an awesome plan!
Thank you. I hope that someone on the Trump campaign staff agrees with you. I can illustrate the technique to anyone paying attention.
I believe that the tactic, proposed, would be very effective in Indiana—next door—before their Primary in early May.
It is time to really focus on winning Indiana for Donald Trump. It is the chance to achieve the aura of inevitability.

And by the way, did everyone note how he telegraphed part of his coming dismemberment of Mrs. Clinton's pretensions, in his victory talk? Think about the possibilities of coupling the North Korea threat--mishandled, you may recall by the Clintons in the 1990s--with Hillary's Benghazi foul up, and with the present nuclear threat?
Just how does Mrs. Clinton handle a frank discussion of the danger & the Clinton history of ineffectiveness in dealing with that danger when it was more embryonic? How many of those American women, whom Hillary is counting on, are really going to trust her to keep America safe, when North Korea continues to develop its nuclear capacity?
This could be where feminist silliness is forced to accept reality.
