We have now been through more than half of the Democratic primaries to choose that party’s presidential nominee.
In over forty percent of those contests, a socialist, Bernie Sanders, has been the winner. This is an exceptionally strong statement about where a significant percentage of the Democratic “base” is, and where the party is headed.
One has to wonder how the party of Kennedy, Truman and Roosevelt ended up here.
It is especially interesting that the primary drivers of this shift are college-age voters and their mentors on the left who teach them. In college town after college town, Sanders turns out huge crowds, chanting his name and exalting his causes: the redistribution of wealth and the destruction of those deemed to be undeserving of their economic success.
Remember, President Kennedy was the first supply-sider of the post-World War Two period, cutting tax rates dramatically. President Franklin D. Roosevelt bounced socialists, who were extremely active in Depression-era politics, from his administration. President Truman expressed outright dislike and disdain for the socialist movement with his usual bluntness.

I’ve had the discussions. Most of them think Venezuela is a town in Texas. You can’t fix stupid.
Most of these idiots will never make it out of their parent’s basement.
And when the college going young socialists get into the real world of employment and find out that the free stuff going to others is coming from them, they will lose all enthusiasm for Bernie’s socialism when they personally feel the Bern.
The first step is to recognize how people operate.
1. People are afraid.
2. People want power and wealth.
The Democrats understand this and use it to win elections.
You can call Democrat voters stupid or clannish or duped.
I refer you back to 1 and 2.
I’m still not seeing the major differences between HRC & Bernie.

The Sanders kids are delusional. But, they are just as angry as Trump folks. It’s amusing, both sides hate the same thing: The establishment that is being disrupted.
So, I wish them well in attacking the Wicked Bitch from NY.
By then it will be too late.

Today, people want security, economic security, medical , criminal, terrorist security.
They've been indoctrinated to believe the government can supply that security.
Sanders comes along and promises even more than Hillary.
They have no idea how or who will pay for it. And don't really care. That's the government's job.
Bernie is king of the red youth brigade. Why can’t they set their sites on the puppet masters in CONgre$$. Feel the Bern fires them up and always tosses them a red herring to feast on.

Whoa. That is one scary link. Probably worth a thread all its own. What I found interesting is the assertion that Maduro is fine with the crime and the chaos because it makes the people call for more government, more police control. As they queue up for toilet paper.
They don’t teach history anymore. Those classes have been replaced with angry women studies and the joy of sexual deviancy. The Snowflakes are going to find out about the joys of socialism the hard way. It’s going to be hell trying to get their freedom back. It will take a lot of time and blood trying to take America back to where it was when it was a great country.
They will open their eyes just before the bullets hit them. Sometime between when the firing squad commander says Aim-—— fire!
