Ah, good choice. She's got a solid record and IMHo you really can't do better than UVa.

Add to that the list of groups that call her an extreme conservative and you've got a winning formula for a good Justice.

Good choice, but she'll be 67 in six weeks.

OTOH, we may start seeing older nominees. Depending on who controls the Senate, a nominee who is 65+ YO may be palatable to the other side.

If the Pubbies have the WH and the Senate, then you can go for a younger nominee.
