I see you’ve added mind reading to your ability to provide first-person accounts of what happened.

Do you give palm readings as well ?

“Officers that fired their weapons are on administrative leave after a year. If these shootings were defensible they would be back on the job but take a hint. “

Standard practice is to NOT put the officers back on the street till the investigation is completed.

NO. It is Cody Ledbetter’s first-hand account of what he saw.

“As does processing only firearms from the restaurant patrons and not the police despite 12 of the casings being from police rifles.”

I think the police already have the records on their guns.

“That is a very good catch that I missed. “

Interesting that people can just make up stuff on the internet and others will say ‘good catch’ ...

Stroman statement that has been scrubbed from Waco PD facebook

I went back and looked at Stroman's accounting...the 151 number he mentions included 12 long guns. He states that three officers fired rifles.

So the 3 police rifles may well have been included in the 151 and examined by ATF.

The BATF task was to trace the gun histories. No need to trace the police rifles as the police already had that info.

Failing to determine which cops killed which restaurant patrons is a delaying tactic to muddy the waters for the defense and avoid wrongful death claims. The powerful playing games again.. I think in the end it’ll turn out that an undercover cop started the incident, there is way too much going on here for it to be coincidental.

I agree. Never heard of motorcycle clubs killing each other before.

Can’t conceive of all these nice church-going, family men having a shootout on a Sunday ...

You have quoted this story many times. It means nothing. It’s about like the phone company killed Kennedy and the moon landings were shot on a Hollywood sound stage.

They are tracing gun histories because they are desperately searching for a crime that can be connected with the bikers. They have nothing and they know it. They need a reason to justify the police opening fire with AR15s resulting in the deaths of people with zero criminal history.

How about biker gangs starting a gun war in a family plaza on a Sunday ...

“You have quoted this story many times. “

That was one biker’s story. Here is another.

Snyder had no criticism of how police responded or their decision to open fire.

“The police were professional, considering the situation they were in. They were professional and doing their job,” he said.

After the shooting, Snyder said he and other members of his club cooperated with police.

“We were not arrested. We were detained and questioned. Everyone on scene was detained and questioned. Some were sent home and some were not, and I don’t know why,” he said.

No members of his club were arrested, he said.

He declined to discuss details of the shooting, citing the pending police investigation.

His motorcycle is part of that investigation now, considered evidence, he said.

“Everybody has been told those bikes are part of the evidence because of anything that might have gotten on them,” he said.

Snyder said that although he misses his one and only bike, “I support the law enforcement.”

” deaths of people with zero criminal history”

LOL

That might be true if you don’t count misdemeanors, felonies and jail time!

A man with a handgun came and stood over him. He wore a motorcycle vest with the name of some club that begins with the letters “VA,” and Ledbetter said he also wore a baseball cap, turned backward, that read, “Support Your Local Bandidos.”

“Take this, (expletive),” he screamed. He fired twice into Diesel’s head.

Ledbetter could hardly process what he was seeing.

Then came more gunfire from Bandidos’ supporters, as well as police, who seemed to instantly be on the scene.

Ledbetter saw at least one Cossack, nicknamed “Side Track,” fire back at the rival bikers, but he was quickly killed.

“Dog” was shot by the same guy who shot Diesel.
