Moderating a debate is a few decades old practice sadly supported by the American people.

The fact that these people are the press does not excuse them from integrity in that moderating role they have agreed to perform.

They acted without integrity.

Their own detailed explanation of how they do their questioning demonstrates that they coordinated their response to Romney’s bigotry.

The fault belongs to Reince Priebus and the RNC. What other organization would allow their CEO candidate interviews and team-building exercises to be conducted by people openly hostile to their organization?

And the GOP is a damn fool for letting the press moderate these debates. It’s all about ratings and ad dollars for these idiots. There should be moderators from outside the press, people that actually do not have a dog in the fight but the GOP will not go for that.
