That speed bump with hidden springs breaks the laws of physics.
Something that can be carried wouldn’t be able to propel a speeding car into the air like that.
At most, it would get caught under it and still mess up the tires, etc.

That speed bump with hidden springs breaks the laws of physics. You had to go and ruin it, didn't you? It was a joke, for cryin' out loud - a JOKE.

Something that can be carried wouldnt be able to propel a speeding car into the air like that.Sure it could. You can easily carry a spring with thousands of pounds of compressed (potential) energy. The compression would have no effect on its weight.
Or maybe you could simply carry explosives... ;-)

You must be a big hit at parties! I’ll bet your kids loved hearing about Santa Claus from you, too.

That’s funny!
Years ago a German civilian got annoyed by Luftwaffe jets buzzing his house while landing. He built a medieval siege catapult and began firing potato dumplings at the approaching aircraft. A few solid splats & soon Luftwaffe pilots came calling. They ate his ammunition & agreed to alter their flight course to avoid his house.

Aw crap. I thought it was going to be something I could actually use rather than a spoof. Oh well. Back to the drawing board.
