Quotas are not the answer. We are supposed to want a merit based society without regard to race, ethnicity, etc. So next year the Oscars will have a disproportionate number of blacks nominated so the liberals can feel good about themselves.
What was funny were the audience members who laughed as they were being insulted. I am sure this will go on thru the night and Hollywood will love the sadomasochistic attacks and feel they are deserved.
