Average Arctic temperatures are rising twice as fast as elsewhere in the world and the polar ice cap’s permanent cover is shrinking at a rate of around 10 percent per decade. By the end of this century, summers in the Arctic could be free of ice.

Well I’m not going to research links for you, but I’ve read enough articles over the past couple of years of satellite observations, and scientific expeditions caught in solid ice contradicting the alarmism from the AGW “the Polar Bears are drowning” crowd.
I for one believe it’s a bunch of Bravo Sierra.

I saw in the news today that another Australian icebreaker envirocruise ship got trapped in the ice down in Antarctica. The envirocruisers had to be rescued. No selfies with the penguins for them.

Ice that already takes up it’s volume of water. Thus if it melts, of itself there’d be no appreciable sea level rise. But there’s always next winter, and I don’t think it will.
