It would be better for you if they were on the Moon.

What do they think abut Hillary’s Emails and Benghazi?

She has accomplished one thing, she killed four times as many People than Ted Kennedy did and she did it without Totaling her Car.

“No. It is a lawsuit by a small number of people who enrolled and were not happy. Many were happy.”

Your right... He could give all of the plaintiffs money back for less than the monthly maintenance on his jet’s engines. That would end it.

Your Lib friends should be more concerned by this as should many "conservatives". You could go on the attack with them if they want to talk law suits talk about the 100 times worse situation of Hillary Clinton. I would!

Every school must now be sued because not all students were successful. FYI - Its not up to the school to make you a success! Not everyone can be a Donald Trump either!

"Do you have any evidence of this? Or is it just more "I don't care about the facts, I'm a Trump fan!"

1. Not an anyone man. I'll support whoever wins. 2. One small group disrupted their whole lives to sue. Thousands did not.

One thing is for sure neither Rubio or Cruz will ever be accused of starting or attempting to start a business they are full time government employees.

Trump said
OMG! Hasn't anyone told the Judge that "Trump says" he's innocent?!?

No reason to have the trial now!

Civil suits are a dime a dozen. Lawyers will sue anyone. I’ve been sued before and it was frivolous and the judge said so. Good grief, now Trump haters love the IRS and lawyers who sue anyone for anything especially if its Donald Trump!

You may have a point there. The fact of Trump’s litigation is neither a plus or minus in my mind. But it is inconsistent of him to say that litigation is bad for thee but not for me.

So, if Trump has decent lawyers, I think he comes through this ok. Bad timing with the election, though.

Of course he'll come out of it OK, legally anyway, that isn't the point is it. The MSM will run the sob stories 7x24, have you never been through a Presidential election cycle. Trumps past is riddled with the schemes.

The PURPOSE of Trump U. was to show people that getting rich IS NOT EASY...and those students learned just that. Most lost about $5000 or so - they would have lost MUCH MORE if they had continued on their path.

They should be THANKING Trump.

There is no candidate on the planet who doesn’t have something the opposition can try to use against them. This is BS but if people really want some red meat, look into Rubio.

"Do you have any evidence of this? Or is it just more "I don't care about the facts, I'm a Trump fan!"

I googled a bit. Here's something I found - you can evaluate it.

"Garten, Trump's lawyer, said students loved the school, now called the Trump Entrepreneur Initiative.

"Trump has said that the 2013 lawsuit, which accuses him of fraud, is without merit and that nearly all student surveys rated the program excellent. Garten sent the AP sworn statements from some of these students — "great learning experience," led by "fantastic" teachers, wrote one — and described the dissatisfied ones as an insignificant minority, given the 80,000 who attended the free or paid classes. "I am sure you could find in any business or business venture a handful of people who weren't satisfied," he said.

"He said they had "10,000 surveys online from 10,000 students, all of whom gave it the highest marks."

I think the bottom line may be that a group are dissatisfied and mad. They have the right to sue, which they have. The court process will bring forth evidence from both sides. We may know more then. If Trump is found liable, he will pay. If he is not found liable, he will not pay.

Everyone who bought the Art of the Deal should also sue him if they never became a great dealmaker. Lets sue every school and every author who claims to make you smarter or better!

“How many students paid tens of thousands of dollars for master’s degrees in teaching”

Nobody.

If you have a Master’s in Education you can always find a job.

It may not be where you want to work and you may not ever get rich but teacher’s can always find work because there are always vacancies somewhere.

The “credentialed” people that can’t find work are the ones with degrees in fields where the only jobs are professors in that field.

Baloney, no comparison. Cruz and Rubio have a critical problem with the united State Constitution(The Law if the Land) which they are lying about and trying to bypass, depending on the gullibility and stupidity of the American public today. They are SUPPOSED to take an oath to protect and defend the constitution against all enemies foreign and domestic. Yet they are the very enemies of the const

Trump has a typicl civil lawsuit where stupid people think they should get rich because they bought a book or took a course but didn’t have the intelligence or WORK ETHIC to take advantage of what they paid for and are suing to recover big bucks with the aid of a shyster lawyer. There used to be something called caveat emptor....let the buyer beware... that was well established law. Now, since lawyers control Washington, they have fomented the belief that everybody gets a participation trophy and if you don’t no matter how lazy or stupid you are, you can sue. only person who wins is the lawyer which is the point of the exercise anyway. A lot of people pay just to get rid of the harassment. I admire Trump for defending himself against the scam artists.
