Authorities were still working Wednesday to identify at least four people who attacked and robbed a decorated former Marine at a Washington, D.C. McDonald’s last week.
Christopher Marquez, 30, an Iraq War vet, told the Washington Post he was eating in a back corner of the restaurant on Friday when a group of teens and young men approached his table.
"They saw me and crowded around ... and they started asking me if I believed black lives matter,†Marquez told the paper. “I was ignoring them, then they started calling me racist."
At that point, Marquez said he left the McDonald's, but was knocked unconscious by a blow to his head. When he came to, his pants were ripped and his wallet, which contained $400 in cash, three credit cards and VA medical card among other items, was missing.

It’s a shame it was DC, which means the Marine was unarmed. I would love to see a half dozen thugs go down permanently in the face of an armed and well-trained United States Marine.
These BLM criminals leave too many decent people afraid to go out, which reduces employment in their areas and feeds the cycle to keep the BLM leaders rich and influential. I don’t mind rich if it is earned by adding value, but I hate seeing rich criminals. Concealed carry, alertness, and training could do wonders for solving this problem.

Perhaps after his experience with these fine young gentlemen, he will re-consider his political beliefs.
The next time he considers a run, maybe he will run as part of the new Constitution Freedom Party. (I made that name up).
The two party system isn’t working anymore, they are one and the same.
"In 2014 he ran as a Democratic candidate for Congress, hoping to represent the 42nd Congressional District of California." (from the end of the article)Which means that he has bought into the Democrat politics and policies that has empowered the criminal thugs and disarmed their victims. And he was in Washington to further a career promoting those politics and policies.
It's embarrassing, but I've had democrats in my family. Some are parasitic socialists, and I despise them, but some see the party label as the best path to office and use that to promote responsible and limited government once in office. Not all democrats are evil thugs, like Obama, who use power to bully Christians and patriots, while rewarding their big donors with our tax dollars.
The headline on another report stated the assault was by TEENS. Figures.
As an example take the "pro 2nd Amendment" Democrat legislators who even get great NRA rating based on their voting record in support of the 2nd Amendment.
When gun rights are threatened as much by the courts as the legislatures, how is support for Democrats - who never fail to appoint anti-gun judges - anything more than merely token support of gun rights.
Today voting Democrat or running as a Democrat is supporting every evil position Democrats advance on the issues - no matter what the voter or candidates says are their own views on those issues.
ALL DIMocRATs are “evil thugs”...or worse.
