The Budget: When President Obama released his first budget plan in 2009, he called it a “New Era of Responsibility.” What he produced was irresponsibility on a historic scale.

After all the unemployed ran out their promised by Obama and Pelosi 99 week unemployment benefits, usually 10 weeks for every other POTUS, they then transferred them to SSi Social Security disability, you know for people that are seriously injured and physically cannot work, so they could continue to collect.

As part of the budget process without any fanfare the congress quietly shored up the completely depleted SSi trust fund, with $150 billion transfered from the SS trust fund.

Allowing our country to be flooded with illegal aliens and refugees by the hundreds of thousands each year cost the middle class billions. Beside the tragic impact on our society by violent crimes committed each year by Messy-can street gangs such as the Mexican mafia, Latin Kings, MS-13 the following are issues we in Texas deal with and have dealt with for decades.

Higher auto insurance rates. Illegals driving vehicles w/o insurance or drivers lic. In an accident, they typically run, leaving the legal driver's policy to pick up the tab. Add on the cost of coverage for crimes committed by illegals such as auto theft/burglary/carjackings.

Higher homeowner’s insurance rates and higher property taxes due to illegal immigration. First, we pay higher rates to cover breakins/theft. We also pay higher property taxes to cover the shortfall of hospital districts for writing off indigent care for illegals and their children. Property taxes rise when more officers, fire and ambulances are needed in the communities. Property taxes rise when children of illegals enter our school systems, additional community infrastructure needed such as sewage/water.

State/federal income taxes rise (or debt for lack thereof) to cover the cost of immigration enforcement, border patrol, increased drug interdiction, prosecution and incarceration of illegals. Cover the cost of food stamps, government housing, healthcare/dentalcare at county clinics paid solely by the taxpayers of that county.

Illegal immigration fosters a sub culture and underground economy that skirts the rules of civil society, avoids paying taxes, falsifies documents, perjury and fraud just to remain in this country illegally. If it were a citizen of this country, they'd throw us under the jail for tax evasion, lying on government documents to gain welfare benefits.
