Dear Lord, here we go - 72 hours of hype and dire predictions are ahead of us now. Christie will show up tomorrow in front of a bunch of microphones with his OEM windbreaker on and declare a state of emergency in NJ (from Iowa).
Not to be outdone, Gov Cuomo (RAT-NY) will have his OEM windbreaker AND baseball cap on, announcing he is shutting the subways and buses down effective Thursday morning and advise everybody in the city to shelter in place until he advises otherwise.
The governors of CT and MA, trying to be relevant in the Northeast during this crisis, announce at a join news conference that they will be raising taxes on all people and businesses in their respective states in order to cover the costs of the overtime expected to be incurred.
Should the storm pass with nary a flake - the state of emergency, mass transit shutdown and increased taxes will be an example of how the sheeple need to take climate change more seriously.

YOU better go to the store Wednesday and not Thursday...
I live in Southwest Pennsylvania, and I by accident shopped today, as I had a doctor appointment in town and decided to get what was needed...and the stores were full and shelves beginning to empty and bet trucks will not get those shelves refilled by Thurs. and Friday...JMO...
we are retired, in rural America and snow plows mostly miss our area!!! and we have a long 800 ft. drive to drift shut...so we along with our three fur kids are prepared to hunker down and keep warm...if we loose power, we have a wood burner, lots of wood and oil lamps.
Stay safe Easterners, stay warm and PRAY FOR AMERICA...

I’ve been watching the models and they are shifting farther south due to a wedge of cold air and other issues.
Charlotte looks like it’s going to get rain, ice, then snow for all Saturday.

We got at least 18 inches in the last 3-5 days. Still snowing.
We’re not even on the map. It’s just northern Michigan.

We got a foot or two of snow every week last year. This winter has been a blessing so far.
