4 Killed, 38 Wounded In New Year’s Weekend Shootings (Chicago)

CHICAGO (STMW) — Four people were killed and at least 38 others have been wounded in shootings across the city over the New Year’s holiday weekend.
The first reported homicide of 2016 happened about 2:20 a.m. New Year’s Day in the Grand Boulevard neighborhood on the South Side.
Deandre Holiday, 24, got into a fight with someone in the 4600 block of South St. Lawrence when the person pulled out a gun and fired shots, according to Chicago Police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office. The shooter then fled the scene.

That is some really bad shooting if they kill less than 10% of the people they manage to hit. It's good that thugs are too lazy to spend time at the range. It's even better that they don't know what those things sticking up at the front and the back of a pistol barrel are for.
