OTOH...to play devil’s advocate for a moment, what if Gowdy had made a referral to the Just-Us Dept to indict Hillary or even Onambla himself.
What would the Just-Us Dept. do with that referral? Zilch, that’s what.
Further, do you honestly think that Speaker Boner was going to allow any report making a referral to come to the floor of the house to be voted upon? Again the answer was a resounding hell no. Speaker Ryan?
There is no way any federal democRAT is indicted, or tried let alone convicted for any reason with Holder and Lynch running the Just-Us Dept.

Gowdy and Rubio thought the Gowdy endorsement would raise Rubio, but it only lowered Gowdy.
