Good thing for the padding on the goal post. That could have hurt.

Awe come on!!!! That was funny and broke up an otherwise boring game!!! It was a blow out after the first quarter.

I can’t figure out why a football play has a thread on Free Republic. Been drinking this evening? :-)

One of the greatest running backs of all times was Barry Sanders of the Detroit Lions. Never once did he celebrate in the end zone and treated each touchdown as just a part of his job.............

I find it funny that bottom tier teams celebrate their touchdowns. I guess they're entitled to the celebrations since it doesn't happen very often.....LOL!

Good thing for that gal the post was there!

“So this guy comes running right at me like he was going to rape me. Luckily that pole thingy was in the way. But I am so traumatized now I can’t even work. I spoke with a lawyer....”

That quote has been attributed to probably about a hundred different coaches throughout the years.

Brown is just another typical lowlife Pittsburgh Steelers thug.

After the Vikings guy returned a kick against the Seahawks yesterday for 101 yard return he did like three celebrations in one. Happy for the guy - but when it is 35-0 up to that point late in the game, the celebration seemed a bit much.
