Which bikers were shot by Waco Police? Six months later, mystery remains
Houston Chronicle ^ | November 12, 2015 | Dane Schiller

Even as the nation wrestles with fatal police shootings, one thing has been a constant: authorities share their version of events in a timely manner.

It has been six months since the infamous biker melee at Twin Peaks in which nine people were killed, at least 18 wounded, and 177 arrested on charges of engaging in organized crime but the mystery remains: How many of the dead or wounded were shot by officers?

Defense lawyers say the answer is not among of the reams of documents, photos, surveillance videos and autopsies they have been allowed to review in the case. Ballistics reports, which would clear up the matter, remain under guard or incomplete.

With the indictment of 106 of the bikers this week, there is no word in the court papers on who authorities contend shot who and why.

The McLennan County District Attorney’s Office and Waco Police Department have said that even if ballistics tests were completed, a gag order by the court prevents them from commenting.

No matter the reason for the delay, all the passing time has done is fuel theories that authorities have something to hide.

As one law enforcement officer reminded me, no matter what happened at Waco, the truth will eventually be known.

That is the question a lot of us have been wondering. After all this time we still do not have the ballistic data.

I KNOW what happened at Waco. The gubmint used incendiary teargas on a day with 90mph winds. Do the math. I'll never forget watching ATF agents getting shot on live television. David Koresh was ALSO watching them on live television.

Koresh used to RIDE HIS BICYCLE to the store once a week. Why didn't the FBI/ATF approach him THEN? Because they wanted every single one of the Branch Davidians DEAD, including 20 children. The War on Christians started much earlier than most people think. Janet Reno should be in prison.

Twin Peaks was an 'exercise', possibly connected to Jade Helm. Live training, if you will. How many gubmint agents on the INSIDE? We'll never know.

The Midwest Outlaw Motorcycle Gang Investigators Association Presents:

Outlaw Motorcycle Gangs - Organized Crime on Wheels

June 15-18, 2015 Waco, TX

*********************

It's possible that The Shootout at the TP Corral was supposed to be a case study for this meeting.

Parley Baer :" ..After all this time we still do not have the ballistic data."

The key questions are :
How many rounds were discharged by police ?
What was the calibre of police rounds ?
How many bikers were killed by what calibre rounds ?
How many bikers were killed by what calibre biker rounds ?
How many bikers wounded by what calibre rounds ?
What calibre rounds were found on bikers in the 'threat zone' ?
How many police wounded by what calibre rounds ?

It still sounds like a 'honey-trap' with police having been prepared, in position, waiting for something to occur resulting in 'fire-fight'.. even if they had to escalate the situation by themseves.

Poppycock. One important function of the legal system is to suppress the truth, when the truth shows malfeasance or ineptitude on the part of the government. Courts are big players in the "truth and justice" suppression business.

I think confidential informers or undercover cops inside the Cossacks, instigated a mass showing of Cossacks at Twin Peaks. Cossacks are NOT members of the Coalition of Clubs, and although I suspect tat onesy-twosey shwoing up due to interest in the subject matter scheduled for the meeting would have been unremarkable, the fact that 60 or 70 of them came to Twin Peaks about an hour before the meeting, and took the patio that was reserved for the CoC meeting was pretty remarkable.

By their advance preparation (pole cam, on scene in advance), the police demonstrate having advance notice that THIS DAY and THIS PLACE was going to be hot. They knew the Cossacks were planning to "crash the meeting."

So, what did they do? They waited in their cars, just out of sight, and made sure that none of their people were inside the restaurant. They avoided confrontation, until it was too late.

I do understand that instigation and awareness are not the same thing, and my suspicion is that the cops played both parts, although I wrote here mostly of the awareness angle.

LOL! That Jade Helm conspiracy theory turned out to be a whole heap of nothing, and I’m sure this one will too.

Don’t you think it’s more likely they scheduled that event in Waco AFTER the incident, to capitalize on the notoriety?

There is only about a month’s lag to the meeting. Both events were scheduled earlier.

Cboldt :" .. I do understand that instigation and awareness are not the same thing, and my suspicion is that the cops played both parts,

Setting up a 'kill zone'(cross-fire) is more than an awareness.
It implies more than awareness, it implies premeditation .
The existance of an ariel camera reinforces the concept of premeditation , and planning , not just a happenstance situation.
The delay and reluctance in releasing information even more furthers the inuendo that there is something that it actively being hidden.

Seeing as the ballistics reports came back with vague ‘small and medium’ sized bullets, let us just say ALL OF THEM.

“Both events were scheduled earlier.”

Got any evidence for that? I’m checking archive.org’s cache of their webpage, and as of April 28th, 2015, the last cache prior to the Waco shooting, there was no mention of any conference schedule in Waco TX in June.

Assumes facts not in evidence. Specifically - that the Waco government isn't willing to kill and ruin bikers to cover its own ample derrière.

Good list ... but where did you find info that Jesus Delgado Rodriguez belonged to either club? Because from what I recall, he didn’t belong to any club, hadn’t for years. And if I remember right, he was a decorated Veteran, a lifelong resident of Texas, and had a clean record.
