These blobs of ASCII characters on FR posts are almost as annoying as the hashtags peppered throughout posts, TV commentaries, etc. I think we’ve seen the end of civilized writing.
For long FR ASCII-riddled posts, I copy them, paste into Word, then do a search-and-replace. Search ’ and replace with an apostrophe. Kind-of a pain, but good for long posts.
Those big hunks of trailer re-caped tires that
line the Interstates can ruin your day too if
you happen to be tailing one and it fails.
LOL, well if Bush is responsible for creating character sets then yes he is. Single or double quotes are only a part of the problems that arise when converting number sets that that are used to represent a character, into a character because of the different methods for representing a character.
Should You Install a Dash Cam?

Could it be Win 10 is the culprit? I’ve not installed it, and won’t until forced, have to problems doing copy/paste. Using Win 7.

Same here. Problems appear both on my computer and my android phone.
