Someone should complain that the boss’s truck is red. Red is offensive. And another employee’s car has white wall tires. White? Thats offensive. They should remove the tires right now. Offended! Offended!
And I am offended that the plant has grey painted walls. They should demolish the entire plant and build a new one.

Why aren't those who loved those victims offended that their grief was disrupted and manipulated to something that had nothing to do with what happened and was not going to do anything to solve the problem of these senseless murderous acts?

The victims of the Charleston shooting are decent Christian folk who immediately offered forgiveness to the shooter and called for peace.
The media and the Black-lives-matter terrorist hate group attacked the rebel flag and all things southern and white. I would be offended too if my loved one's death rooted such a hateful cause.

The union sons of civil war veterans officially support the right of their southern brothers to fly the confederate battle flag as well.

The factory isn’t even in town so its unlikely many people would even see the flag just when they’re passing by.

They’re already banning “America Day” in schools, punishing kids for wearing American flag T-shirts on Cinco de Mayo.

Some interesting local history.

The factory is right next door to the Will Carleton poorhouse. It was apparently a farm where local poor were sent to live so they wouldn’t be homeless or beggars on the streets of Hillsdale. It was named after poet William Carleton who lived there for a while when he was a student at Hillsdale college around the time of the civil war.

He wrote an interesting poem about the place and the woman who owned it.

I consider the first amendment protections for freedom of assembly JUST as valuable as the first amendment provisions for speech, press, religion, and assembly. If the employer is so fickle as to only hire or retain those that are strictly in alignment with their political and non-work related opinions, then he deserves not only the employees that he gets.

That company then also deserves the loss of customers who hear about this practice and decide to spend their money elsewhere. Freedom of choice does not equate to freedom from consequences.
