I usually laugh at the fact that they get their news from Comedy Central or from failed stand-up comedians.
It gets to them like nothing else.

All the lefties I know listen to NPR. It’s like PBS on downers. Yuck.
And I forgot Soros’ talkingpointsmemo.
The lefties love that.
That place is a nut house.
The television subreddit is just clips of Colbert, The Daily Show, and John Oliver worship, although they are feeling a bit worried that the new host of the Daily Show isn’t living up to par and Colbert has lost his touch.
But we on the right get our digs in wherever we can! More Freepers should join up. 100 active conservatives will change a lot of the culture there.
When they mention their Jon Stewart
I say,
“You mention the one who doesn’t know the difference between the debt and the deficit?”
Notice how the British feed off the US lefty audience.
“John Oliver is almost as bad as Piers Morgan”
Both are British.

As one of the few freepers who actually watched the Daily Show - and enjoyed much of Joh Stewart's political musings, I can assure you that for THIS TIME he's gone.

If Jon Stewart was a moderator for a Democrat debate the audience would double... and questions would be better than anything CNN could come up with... That said, Jon would be a disaster moderating a dem/pubbie debate... waaaaaay too biased...
IF Jon is 'the authority for millions' those people need to wake up... Jon has left the building...

The View (starring “it’s not rape rape” news anchor Whoppie Cushion Glodbrick) is on every morning at the local senior center.
Yes, I know those two shows are ‘on’... unlike Jon Stewart...but neither is doing that well...
It’s a nonissue... few people respect the press because of their bias and lies... the left ‘got away’ with too much for too long. It’s like democrats running all old white people - and the ‘press’ pretending they don’t notice. After a while people start to yawn...

As far as Stewart, he's taken up wrestling--oiling down the actors probably...
